Nutraceutix, Redmond, WA, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sinphar Pharmaceutical, Taipei, Taiwan. The two companies will co-develop die­tary supplements, OTC products and pre­scription drugs for Japan, China, Philippines, Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. For Nutraceutix the agreement al­lows the company to extend its products and services to the Asian market, while Sinphar gains access to exclusive Nu­tra­ceutix products and technologies.
